Our store ships to more than 200 countries.

Countries we can ship includes:

What are your shipping times?

  • Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please be advised international delivery highly depends on weather , public holidays,custom inspection,etc.

We apologize for the long wait - but assure you it is worth it.  We thank you very deeply for your support :)

It is rare that a delay occurs, however if you are buying a gift and need it by a certain date we CANNOT guarantee its arrival by that date.  Please plan accordingly.

 

I Would like To Refund Due To Long Shipping Time.

We are not offering refunds on delayed shipments until shipping times have reached 45 days for USA/CANADA Delivery & 60 days for EUROPE/ASIA Delivery. 

 

Will I received email when my order is shipped?

  • Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another when your order is shipped. If you did not receive an a shipping email from us within 5 business days please contact us. 

 

I ordered multiple items from store, but only received 1 item, where are the others?

  • If you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately because items could be from different global suppliers and to ensure faster delivery to you, we will request suppliers to send items directly to you. 

 

How can i cancel my order? 

  • You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 24 hours. Please contact us by email at support@qualitygrab.com
  • If you request cancellation after you received a shipping confirmation email, a refund will only be issued once your order has been returned to our "return" address. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

  •  We accept Credit Card & Paypal Payment. 

 

I do not have Credit Card and Paypal Account, any alternative payment?

  • You could purchase with a Debit Card through Paypal as a guest.

Choose Paypal as your payment method and once you are redirected to paypal, select the option to "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" (as shown below).

You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and Debit/credit card information.

   

How secure is my personal information?

  • Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address!

  • If you catch this error quickly, and if we haven't shipped your order yet, please contact us at support@qualitygrab.com with your order number and the correct mailing address. We'll make the change on our end and ship to your new address. If we've already shipped your order to the incorrect address you accidentally provided, we'll have to wait for the order to be returned to us and you'll need to pay for re-shipping the item to your new address. In either scenario, please email us with your order info and new address!

 

The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. 

  • Unfortunately, We only see the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 4 weeks to clear customs. If the tracking information was last departed from the warehouse and has not updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way overseas. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 4 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again.
